I've attended multiple events at Harbor Chase Madison, Maureen, Patty and staff are so welcoming. The renovations are beautiful, food is delicious and the residents are all smiles. You do a wonderful job caring for your residents and being a resource to your community.

I continue to be impressed by the dedication and friendliness of the staff and residents at Harbor Chase Madison. Whether a loved one is looked for high-quality Assisted Living services, or the intimate care for people with memory issues, Harbor Chase exceeds expectations on all levels. My dad moved into HarborChase of Madison early last year. It was just before the construction was to start at the community. Dad and I knew that the community was going to be renovated as it was the talk of our little town. I was so skeptical and negative about moving dad in. I feel bad thinking back on it. I knew the move to assisted living would be a huge transition for him. I was concerned that adding the burden of chaos to the mix would be the recipe for a disaster. Dad was the one who loved the community the moment we arrived. He was firm that HarborChase of Madison old or new was HIS choice for HIS new home. Dad had no concerns regarding the renovations. I tried to convince dad how terrible it would be due to the construction and we should keep looking. As dad and I debated the situation he reminded me why we went to tour that first day. I called the community one morning looking for more information and possibly to schedule a tour. To my surprise, Maureen who is the Director of Sales promptly took my call. She was just amazing, warm, reassuring and so very friendly. As we spoke she asked where dad and I were located. I said right in Madison. Maureen said why don't you and dad come in today...what time works best for you. Before I knew it dad and I were in the car driving to the community. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The receptionist greeted us by our names. There was a welcome sign for dad in the lobby. Every staff member we encountered on our tour addressed dad by his name. I could see how the community made dad a priority in the time we were there, so warming to my heart. Everyone we met whether staff or residents were so friendly. As we walked around the community I noticed it was very clean but it certainly was dated. I could see why renovations were about to occur. Maureen introduced us to Patti the Executive Director. Patti spent time with us answering all of our questions with confidence and without hesitation. Maureen and Patty explained the process of the renovations while trying to alleviate my concerns. Patti said there would be phases to the construction and that she believed you can never communicate enough. Her plan for the renovation period was to update staff, residents and families weekly and whenever needed. I have to tell you I truly did not believe the fairy tale they presented to us. Well when I am wrong I am the first to admit it. I was 100% wrong! I still can't believe the transformation of this beautiful community and how it occurred with ease. The renovations were completed the end of November, just as promised. It was finished just in time for the holidays. On Thanksgiving our family gave thanks for HarborChase of Madison and all the staff that works there. The community is truly breathtaking. It is elegant and warming....it IS Madison. Hats off to Patti and the Madison staff for taking a situation that could have been negative and chaotic and making it fun and exciting for all. Thank you Maureen for that first call and tour. Thank you to all of the Madison staff for making my dad's quality of life better every single day. Everyday I give thanks just knowing he is safe, happy and as independent as he can be! The structure and decor have changed but not the staff thankfully! The staff is the same staff that has welcomed, respected and cared for my dad from day 1!

I am a Caregiver for one of your residents (John) and I'd like to say that he has received outstanding care from all Staff Members including: Upper Management, Admissions, Nursing, Cleaning, Kitchen, Maintenance as well as the Activities Staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant, caring and welcoming environment. John requires a high level of care. This is the 3rd Facility he has been at and it far exceeds the others. I would highly recommend Harbor Chase of Madison to anyone looking for a High Quality Assisted Living Facility. I would especially like to give thanks to Patty Strickland, Executive Director. She excels in her position and clearly cares for each and every resident. I would also like to thank Maureen in Admissions for a quick and easy Admission, Angela in Nursing for her compassion and continued care, and Kathy at the front desk for going out of her way every day to help John. Finally I want to give a special thanks to Aide Nitchelle for everything she does to make John as comfortable as possible with all of his medical needs. Sincerely, Bob

We moved our 89 year old mother in Dec , after months of working closely with Maureen. Maureen did an amazing job listening and understanding our personal needs, as well as ensuring these needs were met. Her gracious attention and compassion was very much appreciated. Transitions like this are emotional and difficult and HarborChase has proven to be a great fit . My mother, who insisted she wasn’t social, has enjoyed many activities, such as exercise classes, bingo, the Rosary, Mass, and even went to tai chi. She feels safe and content in her bright cozy apt. The staff has been wonderful as well. Thank you, Maureen and HarborChase staff for everything you did to make this transition a success.
