Hearthside Senior Living at Collierville

My mother has been here since Oct 1, 2025. It was highly recommended by someone who now has omly negative things to say. But I couldn't be happier. Staff is great. Unfortunately, we will be bringing my home back home in Dec, but it is not a reflection of Hearthside. My son had been her caretaker for yrs. But after she suffered subdural hematoma and broken hip, it just became too much. However, she misses him dearly and he misses her and wants her to come back home. But if I need to have her go back to assisted living, this will be where my mom goes.

My sweet dad has been here for a month and we have found the staff to be very kind and caring. My sister and I go by and visit often and have gotten to know many of them. It’s a great feeling to know he is safe and being well cared for.

We need more current reviews on this facility. My mom has lived here a year and we have been disappointed. The food is not good. We pay extra to DoorDash to deliver food from local restaurants.

This is a senior living place that is near my home. Had a home association meeting there. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. The facility was spotless!

Love it!!! had a client that live here and I love the staff they are some very nice ppl and they have alot of recreational things for them to do there nothing like germantown plantation the office MANAGER with the red hair is very UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE and yell at the tenants.. but I truly can say heartside is a great place to send your love ones
