Hearthside Bartlett's team does a great job at making their residents feel safe and comfortable! The community is very open and easy to maneuver, and the employees are always smiling and friendly! I would recommend this community to anyone looking

On my visit the Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett to tour the building. I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming. I was greeted by smiling faces that took the time to pause and say hello. Their residents seemed so happy in their interactions with one another and the staff.

My name is Marie Jackson. I’ve only been at Hearthside of Bartlett a few months. I love it here! Friendly environment, very welcoming, and plenty of activities, church services and bible study. Come check us out! Ask for our amazing Executive Director, Donna Roach.

My mother has lived there for almost two years and I highly recommend them. Their leadership is top notch, friendly, professional, caring, and responsive. 24/7 nursing, frequent weekly visits from a doctor, room cleaning and trash removal, clothes washing, meals, group and individual activities, bus trips, and facilities are clean and organized. Then there's patience: My mother has dementia and is a regular challenge to Hearthside's staff, but all are patient with her and go out of their way to help her. Hearthside was recommended to me; I recommend them to you.
ACs Activities
Beautiful facility, however, the care does not match the aesthetics of the facility. It lives up to its name: Hearthside, because you often see the aids sitting Hearthside. I found this odd because they should be making rounds helping residents. The daytime staff of okay but the night and weekend staff was often so short handed that at times I have personally witnessed one aid to the entire building on more than one occasion. I have so many negatives about this facility including but not limited to my mother being given the wrong medications or no medications at all, pendant not working which resulted in a fall, food is horrible (she lost 40 pounds in a 3 month window), lack of nursing (the nurse is very verbal--will tell you everything you want to hear but in the end the actions are just not there), revolving door of aids and nurses, and lack of care, lack of care, lack of care. If your loved one needs assisted living, this is NOT the place. They do minimum assistance and then require you to hire an aid to sit with your loved one in order for them to "stay safe". When you are paying over $4,000 a month to live there you expect to not have to pay an additional price for aids. After months of frustration, we moved my mother to Robinwood--best decision I ever made. She can age in place and they have a program called Right At Home that will assist your loved one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on Hearthside. It is nothing but a money maker!
