HEARTHSTONE RETIREMENT HOME

Not a good environment for residents or staff.

I called in to talk to my grandmother and some woman named Jerry answered and was EXTREMELY rude. If staff is that disrespectful to family it greatly concerns me that they are most likely abusing the residents when no one is around. I'm talking to my family about getting my grandmother th out of there. Something is going on behind the scenes. This is not a good environment for people to be living in AT ALL. That woman I spoke to was extremely comfortable being extremely rude and clearly acts this way all the time without management doing anything about it, so they're probably abusive with residents as well. Do not put people here.

My father currently resides here. The personal care staff are very kind to him and the administration is very helpful and well organized. I am relieved that he is well taken care of here.

My Mom is 88 and loves this place, I have peace of mind that my mom is being taken care of 24/7

I went with my church Christmas caroling group. We sang as they had dinner... Many sang along with us!!!
