Our meeting room was isolated and quiet, and I understand they have other meeting rooms of various sizes. Super friendly staff. On-site parking is convenient. We look forward to scheduling our future meetings here, and I’m already thinking of other events I can organize here.

HEARTIS Community-strength: friendliness/interest; welcomes new residents & visitors; especially helpful to visitors who want to become better acquainted w/ amenities in Buckhead area;) Heartis offers residents & visitors: 1)Food-varied; well-prepared & tasty, HEALTHY meal choices; Willingness of food service staff to pack ‘to go’ items including fruit; soup; juices; desserts for residents to take/eat in rooms; ”room service” of food to rooms of all sick residents on request; Juice Bar-alternative venue to main dining room. Staff-interested in improving service; Recreational:open to expanding number & kind of entertainment activities; excellent EXERCISE & FITNESS choices, ideal for elderly seeking longevity; HEARTIS provides two superb trainers for its residents (that I met); hygienic surroundings; staff provides evaluation & feedback meeting related to food service to residents-requests for ways to improve service. Large screen TV on 8th floor; Large reception area on 18th floor- amenity for games by residents and venue for “Happy Hour” daily reception-often with music. Small theatre & Screen to show presentations or conduct game shows-recreational, informative sessions; weekly maid service as a minimum cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms, baths. Restful, cozy guest suites. Concierge service provides information regarding drivers who take residents to various retail and cultural venues or drop-offs near Heartis. A residents’ questions cordially answered by a Heartis sponsor.

My grandmother lived for years and eventually received hospice care at Heartis. In Independent living, she basically had a nice apartment with easy access to a beautiful bar where she became part of a community. When she had a bad fall, Heartis staff visited us in the hospital, then helped so much with the process of moving her into Memory Care, where patience and creative activities made her bad days as good as they could be. I also came to feel like part of the community as both staff and residents were so supportive of me and made me feel understood in a way others in my life couldn't. We were even able to hold her Celebration of Life in the building so residents could easily attend. My family was lucky to have found this community!

My seven-person team recently held an all-day event at Heartis Buckhead, and everything worked exactly as we had hoped. The Hospitality Manager, Charles Randolph, coordinated all the details: identifying an external caterer, helping plan the lunch menu, providing and refreshing the beverage station, and checking on us frequently for additional needs. The Heartis Buckhead property is beautiful. Our meeting room was isolated and quiet, and I understand they have other meeting rooms of various sizes. Super friendly staff.
