Every team member from the caregivers and nurses to the dining and maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for, respected, and part of a family. The environment is always clean, bright, and full of positive energy. You can tell that everyone here genuinely loves what they do and takes great pride in their work. The leadership team is hands-on and approachable, always ready to listen and ensure that residents’ needs are met with kindness and attention to detail. A special shout-out to the Activities Director, whose creativity and enthusiasm truly make Heartis Suwanee shine! She pours her heart into every event and program from themed parties and live music to fitness classes and creative workshops making sure there’s something fun and meaningful for everyone. Her ability to connect with residents, encourage participation, and bring joy into daily life is nothing short of amazing. She’s the heartbeat of the community and has helped create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere where residents stay active, social, and happy. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will not only be well cared for but also truly loved and engaged, Heartis Suwanee is it. The staff’s compassion and dedication make all the difference, and we are so grateful for everything they do each and every day.

I’ve recently heard that the Memory Care Activity Director, Fadua is no longer with the community. If I am being completely honest, it’s for the best. While she was polite and pleasant in person, her work ethic and involvement were very disappointing. The activities calendar always looked amazing on paper, but most of those activities were never actually happening. Every time I come to visit, residents are usually sitting in front of the TV with her but with little to no interaction or engagement. Fadua often seemed distracted and uninterested in her work, which is heartbreaking to see in a memory care environment where daily stimulation and attention are so important. This isn’t meant to be a slander review but it’s just the truth from what my family witnessed over time. I hope this review can be an eye opener and publicize to the new team how important stimulating the residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s actually is! Memory care residents deserve someone who brings energy, compassion, and creativity into their days, not just someone physically present. We truly love this community and the care team overall, they do a wonderful job. The activities in memory care are just lacking. Hopefully, with the new company taking over, leadership will find someone who truly wants to make a difference and love what they do!Bringing the joy and interaction these residents deserve.

In just a short month, the new Memory Care Director, Diva, has made a remarkable difference. She took the time to meet with me and create a thoughtful plan to better support my dad’s care. Recently, my dad has been very combative, confused, and showing signs of delirium. Diva quickly reached out to Hospice and suggested he be evaluated for a possible UTI. Within two days of starting treatment, he showed significant improvement. I know caring for him isn’t always easy, but the way she handled the situation—with understanding and respect—brings me great comfort. She is truly making a difference in Dad’s life and mine. It’s refreshing to see the positive changes taking place in Memory Care at Heartis Suwanee.

Heartis is such a warm and uplifting place! The moment you step into the building it’s smiles. The staff from what I seen is caring and welcoming, the community is bright and modern, and there are fun activities going on with a great spirited person over the activities. I briefly met the ED in my time there as well and he was very nice and welcoming. It truly feels like home with a big heart. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a joyful senior living community! Heck, I’d like to live there! 😂

Heartis Suwanee is truly a standout senior living community. Every time I visit, the Resident Care Director greets me warmly by name, which really shows the personal care they provide. Any concerns I’ve had about my dad are always addressed promptly and professionally. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he's in such attentive and compassionate hands.
