HEARTLAND II RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY, INC

I stayed at Heartland 2 residential care up until 2012. The staff was very nice to me especially Rose. I had a drinking problem during my multiple stays there. Rose gave me many chances when I would come back drunk. Very understanding of my problems. I have nothing but good things to say about that woman. Rick Rhodes.

Do not allow James butner back in if he's left again without telling you he'll keep leaving because he's said time and time again he doesn't like it there . Do not allow him back

If I could I would not have even given one star for a rating, I would have given an endless stream of negative stars as it is a very sad representation of what a Residential Care Facility is meant to be. There is an extensive amount of mental abuse that goes on in the facility. The facility itself is filthy and has a very depressing atmosphere. There is also a lot of abuse of power that goes on and violation of residents rights. The other Residential Care Facility, Heartland 1, owned and operated by the same people, is equally appalling. Both facilities should be permanently closed due to the abuse and mistreatment of mentally ill individuals whom are unable to fight for themselves.
