My dad is a resident, one of their family. The staff is very compassionate, empathetic to the resident and that of their family members as well. Dad is more than a number, his physical and emotional well being is monitored daily. Knowing dad is safe and in good hands helps ease our family' mind.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Management is very unprofessional, they are always understaffed, state law says there needs to be a minimum of 3 pca’s per floor and there are never 3, they do nothing about the combative/aggressive residents in memory care who injure the staff/other residents, the nurses there never have time to communicate with the family of said residents, this place is not a place for you or your family to go to. The fact that they go against state law should tell you everything you need to know about this place. They cannot provide proper care for your families.

Heather Glen is an absolutely beautiful assisted living. The atmosphere and finishes are high quality and the excellence is matched by the staff and clinical support team. Mom lived there for three and a half years before a very quick decline. Through mom’s final days, the staff cared for her, and our family, with great compassion. Their kindness and support far surpassed what we could have hoped or imagined. We are so thankful to the team and now look back on the many fond memories we have of mom’s time living there, and the many friendships we all made. We enjoyed sharing in many of the activities and celebrating mom’s birthday and holidays in the Blue Barn. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond for your residents and their families!

My father was in memory care at Heather Glen. The administrative team and the staff were amazing. Even though my father was only resident a short time prior to his passing I was beyond please with the level of care he received and the attentiveness of the staff. The facility was always clean and there are so many activities for the residents. My mother and I would not think twice to recommend Heather Glen to other families.

My mother lived at Heather Glen for almost 2 years, and I have only positive things to say about it. The building is beautiful and the rooms are large and well-appointed. But it's the staff that makes Heather Glen truly shine. The compassion they show the residents and their families is outstanding. My mother truly came to love members of the staff. They do all they can to care for the residents' needs, physically and emotionally. I can't think of a better place for your loved ones when it is time to make that move.
