Heisinger Bluffs is Jefferson City's only Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation services. Founded in 1978 and now operated by Green Tree Healthcare, it serves approximately 200 seniors on scenic grounds overlooking the Missouri River.
