Hellenic staff consistently goes above and beyond, especially the marketing director, Cindy King, she is amazing. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. The environment is clean, comfortable, and warm, and the level of care provided is outstanding.

The Mishawaka Hellenic facility has been a blessing for us. They were able to move my sibling in to their facility months earlier than any other assisted living facility. The team there has been great to work with, and my sibling has flourished since they have moved in. I have not seem them this happy in around 3 years. Staff is very supportive of assisting to all their needs. Would highly recommend talking with Cindy there.

This place has been amazing for my two family members who made the transition to an assisted living facility. They accommodated each step of the process with genuine care and professionalism that we, honestly, were not expecting. With both family members only collecting social security, they guided us through the entire process with confidence and a smile that was reassuring to say the least! Both family members love the activities (monthly casino trip is a hit!), the staff, the other residents, and having their own place where help can be there with a push a button! 10/10 for my family!

The process takes time, but the commitment to open, honest communication, helping us navigate the process, and willingness to step up as advocates for their residents leaves us with full confidence this is the right place and the right choice. I have a relative living here since September '24. I have been very impressed by the dedication of the administrative and most of the direct care staff! (I have seen the administrative staff eating lunch with residents and dressing up and serving residents during a 50's day activity.) The administrative staff is very approachable, responsive, and helpful. The facility is beautiful and very clean! There are many opportunities for activities. Hellenic is actually a treasure to have in our community! It is very rare to find an affordable place where someone who still is somewhat independent but not enough to live on their own and not dependent enough for skilled nursing can go. They have a flat fee for care, as opposed to many places that charge more the more care you need and is more expensive, anyway. Hellenic was created expressly for those without many assets or income. They do struggle with turnover in the direct care staff as is very common in most businesses today, so I don't blame them for that. If something goes wrong, they want you know and do their best to correct it. We are lucky to have them in our community!
