Walked in today to check out info for my mom and the caregiver was arguing really loud and disrespectful with a resident i couldn’t believe my ears she didn’t have a clue that i was in the building! at that point i just turned around and walked out my mom want be coming here

My mother lives here and she absolutely loves it. Says all the staff is very nice and the food is really good. They supply you with anything you need! Stan is the man!! He deserves a raise. He is always being pulled in all directions and he gets everyone what they need with a smile. I really appreciate the staff taking care of my mother so well! Thank you heritage team!! ❤️❤️❤️
