Almost 2 years ago now, my Dad’s health deteriorated rapidly requiring an emergency move of my mother and father to an independent apartment at The Plains. At the time Sierra was the marketing partner, and she treated my parent’s the way we all want our parent’s treated. She did everything in her power to assist with our emergent housing needs. Unfortunately, Dad only spent one night there before passing, but the staff, residents, and atmosphere were exactly what my Mom needed to transition to life without Dad after 58 years. Roll the clock forward a year and there was a very unfortunate fire in an apartment near my Mom’s. The quick and professional action by the staff in the wee hours of the morning prevented the incident from being tragic. They calmly woke and evacuated everyone to safety. For all of this the front desk staff, Amy, Michelle, and Laurie deserve huge kudos, they are always helpful and supportive. The grounds are beautiful. Dogs are allowed.

Very clean and nice...great activities coordinated. Food ...not the best but manageable. Also, please advise taxis and such that Assisted Living pick up is NOT at 1613 main, but is the first right off Heritage...consider a directional sign. I originally went to the wrong entrance because that is where Google Maps takes you to, and so did my cab (A&D) today. Cab did not show up so I hiked around to that main entrance marked with the "1613" and FORTUNATELY flagged cab down as he was leaving ...whew- made my bus!!

I just rented an apartment for by 78 year old brother in law at The Plains and I have to say the experience was truly exceptional. The sales director was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, tracking the process for me and following up after ever discussion. She was really great when she met by brother and spent time with him going over everything. The place is really beautiful inside and out. The grounds are well manicured and there are lots of residents enjoying them throughout the day. I am really thrilled i was able to get him into the The Plains. It was a big step up from the other assisted living locations nearby.

My mother has been living in Assisted Living for over a year now. The staff at the Plains are very attentive to her unique needs and accommodate her with kindness, empathy and caring all the time! My family is so relieved to have such a wonderful place for Mom at this stage in her life.
