Management is terrible point blank period. A good friend of mine used to live in the facility and called everyday complaining about no heat in her apartment during the winter time, management was aware and did nothing!

The new administration is rude and never on time. My mother has called me complaining about the nurse never being available when needed. Cable and has been out for a week and no activities during the day so they sat and looked at walls? I’m really stunned it’s never been this way!

These folks have been great. They are caring and professional and have gone above and beyond to help me provide a safe and good place for my brother. Thanks to everyone!

I chose Hickory Gardens, after an extensive search, for my 93 year old Mother, who had never been in assisted living. This place is phenominal! You'll not find a more loving and caring staff. The food is good (I've made pop-in visits for meals). The facility is clean and well kept - stick your head inside the kitchen, you'll be impressed. They helped make the transition for us as uncomplicated and easy as possible. The all inclusive rate is most helpful, especially planning the budget. I can't express my appreciation enough to the Administration and staff. I'm thankful!

The staff is very caring and I like the fact that is a smaller facility that feels more like "home". Mom has been well cared for there for 2 years and that gives me great peace of mind. Thanks for all that you do for her and the residents!
