Unbelievable how Kelly has treated families in their time of need. She was very unprofessional, rude and heartless letting them know that their loved one had passed. She didnt care at all. She needs to be removed from her position. My heart is broken it at this experience.

My Dad passed this morning. I got pulled over by the police trying to get to my dad from OH to TN because Kelly at the facility, informed me that I had till 4:45 pm if I wanted to see my Dad. I was shocked they would not give me another 30 mins or so to get there. She was very hard hearted and blunt… not empathetic at all! This was a nice place my Dad has been there since 2019 and was never late or missed a payment. What a way to treat him and his family. I would like to sincerely thank the nurses and the Care givers.

If I could give a 0 I would definitely would. The Kelly the administration talked to our family today about my family after my grand father passed away is hurting. Kelly was definitely very unprofessional, unsympathetic it was beyond hurtful. I would never send anyone here

Both of my parents have been at Stone Creek. They welcomed my parents when there were issues at another facility. The staff have been wonderful. My dad's health took a turn for the worse and was put on hospice. I can not tell you what a tremendous blessing the support of all the staff was during that time from the nurses and caregivers, the maintenance staff, the cooks to the office positions. It is such a peaceful feeling knowing that mom is being taken care of.

The staff very friendly. The place is fairly clean. Sometimes you smell urine..don't know why they don't use deodorant cleaning solution. I did ask and tech took care of carpet on the spot. They could be noseblind to smells. So most times I visit it doesn't smell. Overall residents appear happy. Better than most nursing homes. Wish they were more careful with laundry, when you are on a budget to find in each visit that clothes have disappeared. My friends closet went from overflow with my bringing more hangers in because closet packed with clothes.. down to maybe 10 items. I also purchased new items when he was in rehab it was quicker than moving clothes from prior nursing home to rehab. Since rehab stay for couple weeks. At current nursing home..Director ignore emails sent to them. They now hang his T shirts on hangers to make it appear that he has clothes. He is 6'6 and they removed all the hangers where clothes were..on. So whoever puts clothes back "know" he once was loaded with clothes. They gave away or misplaced 90% of his labeled clothes. It does not matter if clothes stamped or permanent marker with name..washing fades the names. He often has on pants or clothes labeled with another residents name. I remove other residents clothes from his closet and report to staff. I went to laundry room this weekend (Each visit I was told couldn't look cause laundry staff only in during evenings?) This weekend a staff member unlocked laundry and I found one of his name stamped and labeled shirt. Someone just doesn't care apparently. I let them know each month more clothes missing and other residents clothes in his closet. Nice place..Don't understand what is happening. Emailed with pictures and no response from Director or Marketing person. Each visit I discuss with staff at unit desk. Spoke with administrator this weekend and he promised to help. Over 6 months of my asking and emailed letters. I will send him same emails I sent to other staff with pictures. I try to keep personal items stocked and understand turnover and permanent markings fade away. At a lost..but pray my family doesn't allow me to live in a nursing home. This is a Nice place.
