Hickory Point Christian Village

I was impressed with the appearance. Very clean and home feeling. Food is not bad. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this place for love one. After mom been there a month I had to keep after them her clothes kept coming up missing and I did her laundry. Workers always on phones or doing homework. One CNA always busted her butt everyday she worked (Tammy)I give her a big hand. I still missing one pair pants and blue sweat shirt but u can keep them. Thanks for the care of my mom

My mother was a resident there for a couple months having rehab services after her foot surgery. They did an amazing job taking care of her. They were attentive and met all of her needs.

My wife was there for therapy which she got very little of although I'll bet that they can show that she got therapy 25 hours a day eight days a week. Calling for help from an aid resulted many times a wait of over an hour. The new owners of what was known as Hickory Point Christian Village and now known as "THE ARC" are seemingly not interested in hiring adequate staff to take care of the patients who are staying there. If you or a loved one needs therapy, you would be well advised to check out one of the "swing bed" hospitals in the area

My Grandma was here for rehabilitation after a fall. There were a few staff members that went above and beyond. She received great therapy that allowed her to eventually return home. Great views from her room, never complained about the food, facility was always clean, and had extra community rooms that we used when there were a lot of us visiting her.

This is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The food is better than any other nursing home in the area. It’s also the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. Anytime I had questions the management team addressed them promptly. I greatly appreciated the care my loved one received while there. I’ll never take my family anywhere else.
