HIGHLAND CREST ASSISTED LIVING

The facility was warm and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was attractive and comfortable. I enjoyed the residents. It was a wonderful place to be when I could no longer stay in my home.

The Highland Crest part of it was wonderful to my dad then he got transferred over to the arbors. I don’t feel they had enough employees to take care as many people that they had with their conditions he wasn’t treated with the respect that he deserved and the night that he fell, they waited until after midnight to get him to the hospital for that I’ll never forgive them For the management team. They were very poor, trying to keep people away from seeing their father for the kitchen staff they were wonderful for the nurse that always took care of him to make sure he was clean and had a shower was excellent for the other staff. I would only give them one. I’m not sure I would take another parent if I had one to that place They didn’t respect anybody’s room. They didn’t respect anybody’s possessions in their room. Anybody could walk in their room and walk out, I get it. It’s a dementia place, but there should be more people watching and taking care of them poorly handled again for the first building of the Highland Crest was wonderful if they get sent over to the arbors, I would pick somewhere else most definitely

If your looking for a place for your loved ones look no further, so glad we found this place for my folks, the staff is amazing. So caring and understanding, And I might add the food is darn good too.
