HIGHLAND OAKS AT WATER RUN

Everytime I go in, the staff are sitting at the desk on their phones laughing or hanging on top of each other in a very unprofessional way. They don't know how to take care of the elderly when it comes to certain situations, I walked in one time and the administrator (I would assume) was yelling at this poor old man about medications instead of trying to distract him into talking about something else. Rude towards family members coming in and I overheard them saying how someone was suicidal and didn't want to deal with it so they sent him to the E.R.

Fantastic place. Great people work there.

Extremely incompetent staff. It doesn’t really matter how fancy and clean a place is if they can’t adequately and compassionately care for their residents.

My grandma came here after surgery. It's beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed it, she was well taken care of.
