I gave 1star because I couldn't give 0 this place is a rip off penny kenny the manager treat there tenants like dirt I know someone that lives there 900 a month with 3 meals a day she doesn't give lease or receipt it's a cash flow business no one takes care of the residence 0 medical care this place needs to be inspected she penny kenny needs to be audited by the irs it's a scam operation if the tenants draw food stamps they have to contribute them to the household

I stayed here for a week, while waiting for an Apartment. Very clean, my only problem was there was a lock that worked like a computer on the door. I kept having problems adjusting the code. The Staff and manager was very nice.

I gave 1 star only because i had to. My friends mom stayed there and kicked her out with apparently no reason. I guess they get rid of the ones who pay and keep the roaches and other pests who dont,that is very unprorofessional. The staff is very rude. The sad part of this is she was released there from the mental hospital.
