If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible staff. No one speaks English. Would not recommend putting your family members in there. Go somewhere else. The nurses do not care about the residents at all. They refuse to give Tylenol. They refuse to even answer their CNA. And then they harass you.

If you love your family please don't leave them here to be taken care of, the staff is rude and they act bothered when a resident needs something. I have a family member here who is experiencing kidney failure and they basically leave him to deteriorate by himself Thank God for my mother or these days would be pure torture for him. Please Please choose a different nursing home for your loved ones.

Second time my mother in law has been there. Both times she was told initially and automatically she'd be there 100 days. How do they know that without starting therapy? Ah...could it be her insurance laps after 100 days? Fortunately, with the good therapy she got there, we were able to spring her out way before that. (But not before she fell 2 more times there.) Only after we questioned each therapist about her progress did they all agree she could go home. Another concern about this place is the lies and lack of responsibility when her wedding ring of 74 years went missing. They knew she was sometimes confused. They also noted her ring was loose. They told her to give it to her husband, my father in law ( FIL). This was not witnessed nor was there any written documentation or signatures that the ring was no longer at the facility. The ring is lost. FIL still has a sharp memory and states each and every time when asked that he never received the ring. When we started questioning the staff, asking for the policy on lost items, it would take days to get back to us, never with the policy or the questions answered. Always with an excuse that it wasn't their responsibility. The Social worker, after having met me personally several times, suddenly denied knowing who I was and wouldn't talk to me about it. We will never see that ring again. But there should have been a policy in place and a chain of documentation of where the ring went. I don't know if they have insurance for lost items because they refused to further answer my questions.

The staff is highly skilled and they feature a physical therapy department among the best in the region. This is critical as a huge component of a skilled nursing facility should be a focus on rehab or at least maintenance of functional capability. Holy Spirit does this exceptionally.
