Let me preface by saying I've never been to this establishment. I just got off the call with the lady to consult about possibly taking my mother in law here. She is totally bedridden and not able to do anything on her own. The lady upon calling asks me her condition and she says asks how much can I afford to pay on top of medicaid because she would need to hire extra help for her condition which I totally understand. I told her that I don't know much about this type of service so I don't have a ballpark figure. This is my very first time even considering a nursing home for a loved one. Shouldn't she explain the cost and Care Options to me instead of how much I can afford? For example, these are the services that we can offer your loved one but it requires extra help bc she is bedridden. The extra cost would be around so and so......for this and that. I was looking for a consultation more like this instead of how much can you afford. Lady, shouldn't you be the one telling me options for a bedridden patient? How 24hr care works in your establishment? Feeding schedule, bathroom schedule, shower schedule, etc?????? How you get bedridden patients to safely do daily tasks? Money talk should be alongside the services rendered. She didnt even explain how they would care for a bedridden patient. She kept saying she is a nurse and have been practicing this service for 26 years. And said all of these establishments work like this. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Bad vibes. Very unprofessional.

I absolutely love this Home. My mother has been here for the past 8 years until her passi g a year ago and the manager and her staff are so loving. They literally treat your parents as there own.
