HOMESTEAD AT TOWNE CENTER

I have held my reviews for two years. However, not now. My mother was not provided transportation from the hospital back to Homestead in Van Wert by Homestead. The hospital in Lima, that she was transported to, had to provide the transport. Seriously?? I have a very long story on this but too much for this post. Not to mention the hospital food was far better than what has ever been provided at Homestead at Van Wert for the last TWO years. I wish I could contact the LLC that owns this place because there is no contact information for them and my concerns have fallen on deaf ears to the management at Homestead for two years. I have so much more to post but I will save that for later posts.

We are so happy that we brought our Mom to Homestead Assisted Living. The staff is unbelievable. They are ALL friendly and helpful to all the residents. Everyone goes out of their way for the residents AND visitors. We have not seen ANYONE that looked like they were just "doing their job", every question or need is responded to enthusiastically and with a SMILE! There are so many fun activities and entertainment. Mom really likes it here. We can rest easy knowing that she is being well taken care of. We have not experienced any concerns. Would highly recommend Homestead.
