I cannot give this facility enough stars! They were truly wonderful during a very difficult time for our family. My dad had recently moved into a senior living apartment, but he began falling almost daily, and we knew he needed more care and closer supervision. Making this type of transition is never easy-emotions were running high for both him and our family. A huge shoutout to Stacey Cheatham-she is absolutely incredible! We walked in without an appointment, and within hours she had secured a room and scheduled a move-in. Her efficiency, organization, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while still making us feel like her top priority was nothing short of amazing. Homestead is very lucky to have her on their team. Although my father’s health declined rapidly and he only stayed a few nights before needing hospitalization, Homestead went above and beyond to make things right for us. They didn’t have to, but they did, and that speaks volumes about their compassion and values. I will always be grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism we experienced here.
