Hope's Creek, Inc.

Wow, this place is great!!! I have been a caregiver to my husband's uncle since 2018. He has been at Hope's Creek almost 2 years now. He absolutely loves it. I read the reviews, I told my husband that it was obvious that they were written by unhappy former employees. We gave them a chance and it was the best decision that we could have made. They are family! That's worth repeating, THEY ARE FAMILY!!! I don't have to worry about Uncle Warnie, he is well cared for and loved by everyone!!!

Our aunt lives in Hope's Creek. The staff and the administrator have been incredibly patient and kind in all of their interactions with her, going above and beyond to assist her and help her in her daily life. We feel that they genuinely care about the residents and are concerned with providing the best quality of care they can in their daily lives. We have never seen anything but kindness in the time they take with them - whether it is serving them in the dining hall, taking the residents out for an outing, playing games with them, or just stopping to say hello as they pass them in the hall. To the housekeepers, the caregivers, the kitchen staff, the activity director, the nursing director and the administrator - THANK YOU for all that you do! Your kindness does not go unnoticed. Job WELL DONE!

My sister in law lived here and was treated with such kindness and respect. Very clean, friendly facility with a variety of food choices daily. Only gave four stars because there is no dietitian on staff to assist residents.

Horrible place for anybody to be put in. They do not care about the residents. The residents may go days without their their meals being brought t them. I know this because my mother was put i the place and I have no way of getting her out because I am not her power of attorney. If you love your loved one do not put them in this place

The residents are awesome people, but the workers and the boss is beyond ridiculous. They way the residents get talked to and treated is heart breaking. And so many employees talk down on one another and makes it harder for the new people to want to stay. They don't care how we get treated as long as it looks better on them. I would never let my grandmother stay in this facility or anyone in my family
