We knew that my father, who was in Hospice, would need more care. He didn't want to leave his home, but acclimated to living at Horizons. The staff was a big reason for this. They were kind, caring, friendly, responsive and patient with my father. The room was nice and we were allowed to make it his own, bringing items from his own home to make him more comfortable. As Dad's health declined, they were there for him and had a sympathetic ear and kind words for me during one of the hardest times in my life. My father passed with dignity in peaceful surroundings. I am very glad that this option was available for my him in his time of need. I have no regrets choosing this care for my father.

A beautiful place. Caring, attentive staff. Large, comfortable rooms. The central garden is a wonderful spot to get fresh air and watch the butterflies and birds.

Staff and facility is really nice but the food they were feeding the people looked rather rough.

My dad, Bob Hollar, was a patient for a couple weeks here.. Beautiful place, beautiful grounds, very well maintained! Nurse Stephanie- there are not enough thank yous for being the type of nurse that you are! You treated my dad with such love and respect. You don't find that much in the health care field anymore. You truly are what more places need!! From the bottom of my heart- THANK YOU! Ashley- not sure what your title is but kiddos to you girl, our every need or want you tried your hardest to get it for us, thank you! Bri- although we never met in person, I feel like I have known you forever.. Too many phone calls to mention but you were always very professional during all these phone calls, thank you! To the employee who's name or job title I don't know- you know who you are, you introduced me to the owner of Villa Crest.. Girl, I love you!! You were always so happy go lucky- agitating my dad "Bob"! Thank you for all you do! To the owner & his wife- whom I met briefly, such a warm hearted, down to earth couple, thank you!!!!
