HUMBLE ABODE PERSONAL CARE HOME

I love this place. We had to get a new care service for mom and the facility recommended Humble Abode. We are so happy with the service and care. We have had seasons of care with my dad and we know the spectrum of care. The caregivers with mom are CONSISTENT and attentive and always looking to be helpful! I love these people. This is personal care!!! I highly recommend Humble Abode!

You need to visit Humble Abode Personal Care facility to know that it offers 5-Star services in terms of the living environment, professionalism of the care-givers, and the personal care and nourishment of the residents. A visit will surely convince you! The blackmail of those who want to take advantage of us because they think we don’t deserve to own a business that adds value to humanity and the world at large cannot deter us from rendering legendary and altruistic service to fellow humans. Our fairness, equity, integrity, and justice in relating with our clients/residents are well documented as a proactive leverage to seek for justice in regards to the prejudice few who might want to achieve bigotry purposes. I think as a U.S. Senior Citizen, a reputable clergyman, and a Doctor-Scholar in the Academia, it’s not unusual for me to own a business. Those who are provoked to jealousy need a 21st century lens to see the world as a global family with a common interdependent value-added purpose beyond ethnicity and racial divides.

Worst place for someone you love! Residents are told to lay in bed all day, bed linens stay soiled. They told me 60 days in, that they font sit or care for residents after 9 pm because the one and only caregiver needs to rest until 6am. Crazy they are licensed as care home. Should be room for rent!!! For $2000 month!!! Crazy!!! My husband fell in the bathroom and they never called 911. He hit his head and looked like he broke his nose. I drove him to ER the next day when I saw him. (They never even called me!) he had 2 hematomas.

The environment is a comfortable home setting. The owner of the business is inexperienced and neglects the daily needs of the residents. No consideration is given where as I was told there are two caregivers there when there is not. There is too much turn over on CNA. I was lied to about activities for the residence take place which is not true. My elderly parent was injured-fallen and fractures her hip less than 30 days of being at HumbleabodePCH. The facility went an entire month without a properly operating stove. Money paid to take care of residence but too much chaos...the owner is more concerned about payment rather than the care and compassion of the residence of which she is being paid to provide such services.
