Had a good day plan with Crystal Clark, but couldn't do it because for some dumb reason she couldn't leave. I'm giving this place 1 star, she not even a senior citizen but couldn't leave for a little bit.

Unprofessional. The director screened the patient prior to admissions, then once the patient was transferred to the facility denied him admission, and had a staff member to call an ambulance to take the patient to the hospital leaving him without a place to stay.
