INDEPENDENCE COURT OF QUAKERTOWN

We are incredibly grateful for Franklin Court. My mother in law receives excellent care and it feels like home. Felecia was so helpful and answered all of our questions before movein. The community is warm and she feels comfortable. It's such peace of mind knowing she is in a safe supportive environment. It truly feels like home here.

My Mother is 96yrs old and has been in this facility for 9yrs! I couldn’t be happier with all the staff they are not only great at their jobs but very caring and respectful to the residents! There are going to be many changes for the better I assure you! I live close by and have always known my Mom is cared for and loved🤗 I have known the staff for many years and could name everyone but what is important is the new administration has only improvement as their goal! Elsy is your first encounter and she was there for my Mom when I had shoulder surgery! The new owner Lisa is the kindest, and friendliest person you would ever meet ! I respect everyone there!

Very pleased with the care my mom is getting. The staff try to help and keeps the family informed. My mom really enjoys going to the dining room and seeing all the people. She is able to get social interaction and still have her privacy. It is a relief knowing that my mom is in good care.

I cannot say enough good things about independence Court of Quakertown. Ron and Suzanne were very welcoming and helpful at a time that was very stressful for me and my family. On the day we toured, Ron helped me navigate through a very difficult situation and couldn’t have been more be kind. The staff made sure that my mother felt welcomed and have continued to go above and beyond to make her feel at home.

My mom, aunt and uncle all live here. It has been a very good experience. The cost is reasonable and the staff that we have encountered are very friendly. Also, when we have needed assistance with the VA and other government forms, they have gone out of their way to help us with the paperwork. Thank you Suzanne for all of your help when we have questions or need assistance. There are plenty of activities to choose from including music programs, holiday events and church. They work hard to keep the building clean as well. The administrator, Ken, truly cares for the residents and his door is always open if you need him. We are very grateful that we found this place. By the way, their location is excellent for the hospital, doctors' offices, banks and the stores in Quakertown.
