My mom was the first resident in assisted living here. Had the largest apartment because we put deposit down before the place was built. It was great the first six months. But all the things promised like valet parking and being able to get something to eat when they want never happened. Of course then Covid happened and they were in total lockdown. It was a struggle for everyone! The director and head of nursing has been terrible since the first director and director of nursing. There is no gold standard here! It has gotten so bad that they have put my mom’s life in jeopardy several times in the last year. Of course taking zero accountability. We,the family, had to clean her apartment after her three month stay in the burn unit because no one entered the place for three months, yet there were 4 large trash bags, and two hampers filled with clean folded clothes that they never put away. They would not let mom bathe in the spa tub because she gets it too wet and caused it to flood(no assistance bathing, also supposed to happen so instead don’t let her in the bath and don’t help in the shower ). This is of course what happened to my mom. Fortunately Mom is out of there and I suggest everyone do their due diligence and Google Search Indigo Hall. Other families have had way worse experiences than us.

The people here are amazing. Cricket made moving my grandmother in as easy and painless as it could be. Very grateful with everyone in memory care for treating her like family.

By far the nicest place we visited, father in law doing well in memory care. Food is much better than other places he lived in. Staff is very friendly too.

Last week we moved one of our MUSC Health Hospice at Home by BAYADA patients and their spouse into Indigo Hall. Cricket and Donta did such a great job welcoming them in and the made the transition seamless. Thank you to the entire staff at Indigo Hall.

Cricket is the best!! Super personable and friendly. I’m looking around for my grandparents and she has given me all the information I need to know about assisted living! We look forward to moving in to Indigo Homes.
