INN AT GREENWOOD VILLAGE, THE

In just a few weeks I will move home to Colorado where I was born and raised. I moved to New York 62 years ago, and have lived in New York City until now. I have not even moved into The Inn at Greenwood Village yet and I already love it. Why? Because the staff has been immensely helpful - especially Cahlee Helser - from my first virtual tour of the community two months ago to answering every single question I have had since then. There is no comparison to any other facility I have looked into that came close to the beautiful location, to the services offered and to the friendly staff. As much as I have loved my NY apartment, the city itself, and my professional life in the performing arts until now, I can hardly wait to fly home to The Inn.

Choosing an assisted living facility for a parent is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but The Inn at Greenwood has made this transition a wonderful experience. From our first tour, Cahlee Helser (Director of Sales) was incredible. She answered every question with patience and genuine empathy, making us feel confident that we were making the right choice for my mom. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mark (Administrator), Carlos in Maintenance, and Shelly (Wellness).They went above and beyond to ensure my mom’s room was perfect and move-in ready, handling every request with a smile. The entire staff we’ve interacted with has been professional, kind, and truly attentive. It is such a relief to know my mom is in such capable and caring hands. I cannot recommend this community enough!"

When we decided to move my mom to Colorado I was hoping we’d be able to find a place that felt warm and welcoming, a place where she could feel as at home and she has found that here at the Inn at Greenwood Village. From our first tour to today, 6 months later, she has made good friends, finds activities that interest her and feels comfortable in her new home. The staff are so loving and friendly to the residents and families. We are very happy to have found The Inn!!

I can’t say enough good things about our caretaker Kayna! She is incredibly reliable, kind, and truly go above and beyond every single day. Her attention to detail and genuine care brings so much peace of mind. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the way they treat both the home and everyone in it. We feel very lucky to have found someone so trustworthy and dedicated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and dependable caretaker!

She consistently went above and beyond in every situation, and her reliability and work ethic are unmatched. More importantly, she created an environment where I always felt safe, supported, and taken care of.
