Moving my father into the Haven was a difficult decision, but it turned out to be the best one we could have made. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely kind, treating residents with dignity and patience. The facility is bright, clean, and well‑maintained, creating a warm, homelike environment. My dad enjoys the variety of activities offered, which keep him social and active. The meals are delicious and thoughtfully prepared. What I appreciate most is the open communication! The Haven has been a wonderful place for my loved one. The staff are caring, attentive, and always treat residents with kindness and respect. I stopped by for a last-minute tour last week. I met with Markita in the office and Jody the Director. They gave me all the information I needed and showed me all around. They invited me to sit in an activity to see how much fun they have. I enjoyed gardening with some of the sweet people that live here. We picked some fresh Tomatoes. I am taking one home with me for a tomato sandwich. This just feels like home. They even have a dog and my mom loves dogs. We then sat out front on the porch and talked about how I was feeling about all of this. We moved my mom in yesterday and we feel really good about her being here. Everyone has been so kind, loving, and patient. I am so thankful that Jody gave me a different perspective and reassured me from the minute I showed up. She welcomed me to The Haven family, and it is definitely just that, a family.

As a healthcare professional, I conduct some of my nursing visits within this facility. Because of my job I am in and out of these types of facilities all over south Atlanta. The Haven and Newnan is incredibly well run by compassionate, caring, professional professionals, and I would feel very comfortable having one of my loved ones living there. This place is so cool. They even have a little black dog named Harry Potter that roams all the halls and loves up on the residents.
