INSPIRED LIVING AT BONITA SPRINGS

The staff doesn’t just do their jobs—they lead with compassion, patience, and respect, treating every resident like family. The environment is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Communication is clear and reassuring, and it’s obvious that leadership sets a high standard that the entire team proudly upholds.

My mother was 94 years old, We desperately tried to get her into Inspired Living. We were very impressed with the pricing ,the staff was very welcoming. It's very nice there, my mother fell again and broke her leg. The break was very severe. She had to be off of it for six weeks. She never could regain her strength. She declined and she passed away on January 5th. I just want to say that Geraldine tried and tried to help us with mom's care to get her into Inspired Living , my mother just wasn't strong enough to rehab, she was diagnosed with dementia, which led to many complications. I just want to thank everybody at Inspired Living. That would have been a perfect place for my mother.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Bonita Springs since the time we first walked into the door until now, and it’s been about five months. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are always plenty of staff around. They have cared well for our mother and seem to really know her, what she likes and doesn’t like. We have regular communication with the person and doctor over her care, and they are wonderful! The facility is nice and has a lovely outdoor garden courtyard area that is secure and looks out at a lake. Our mother is able to go in and out freely and she loves that. We highly recommend this community to anyone with a loved one with memory care issues needing assistance.

Six months ago we moved our 84-year-old brother from Boston to Florida because he was diagnosed with dementia. Looking for a memory care facility is an more daunting task than I expected. After visiting several facilities in the Bonita Springs area, I selected Inspired Living. It was an excellent decision. Over the past 6 months the appearance, and maintenance of the facility has exceeded my expectations. It is a bright and clean unit that is well managed. It takes a special type of person to care for dementia patients. Inspired Living has such staff members at every level of the organization. There are a few I want to call out: • General Manager Kathryn: she is an experienced leader and very accessible to family members. She has been a very big help to me. • Head Nurse Jenny: is very knowledgeable, accessible and prompt in her responses to resident as well as family needs. • Care Giver Ann: Her personality is so giving and her dedication to dementia residents is admirable. After 6 months of frequent visits, I feel even more confident that we found the proper place for my brother. I highly recommend Inspired Living.

This facility used to be decent, but since the recent management change, things have gone downhill. I was told the change would make things better, but it’s been the opposite. My mom used to be happy here, and now she’s not. Top management —Uni, Catherine and Jenny — keep talking in circles while staff continue to quit or get fired. It no longer feels like the focus is on the residents’ care or well-being. The new employees often can’t communicate effectively in English and don’t appear to be properly trained or qualified to work in memory care. The facility is also noticeably understaffed, which only adds to the problems. The final straw was when Susan, who truly cared about the residents, was fired for no apparent reason. She was the main reason my mom stayed at this facility as long as she did. If you’re considering placing your loved one here, I’d strongly suggest thinking twice. The residents deserve better care, qualified staff, and management that truly puts them first. Stay away!!
