Very disappointing tryining to reach a human for 3 days numerous phone calls and emails and still no call back this is unreal. We work and pay taxes and this is what we get un return this world is gone to hell in a hand basket.

Received letter from GDOL on may 7th that I had to be recertified on May 1st 2021 however I was not aware of this until it was too late so I went in and we tried to recertify entered the information they were asking for and my account has been locked since then no help whatsoever

Wish I could give no stars ! Behind on bills due to covid and no one ever answers or return calls. Friends went through warner robins was accepted and got paid before me. I wish I would've knew before choosing this location. It's been a month and a half STILL NOTHING

I have been trying to contact them as of 7/3/20. No one has returned my calls or answered. I have no idea what’s going on with my claim. I understand you all have a lot going on due to COVID but a month of no help?? That’s ridiculous.
