We are so grateful for Audrey, Annette and all of the staff at the Lakewood location for the care and compassion they have for my mother.

I placed my mom at Crossroads for 2 weeks for respite care. I was very comfortable with the staff and the place looked great. Mom had a very large room with her own bath.

We are so happy at Crossroads where my mother in law is so well cared for. With memory issues it can be hard on everyone and they treat her kindly and she’s always clean, safe, fed, medically cared for and has all the desserts she loves with every meal! I can’t thank everyone enough !

My wife has been living here for over 18 months and I live a 90 minute drive away so on days I am not able to be here the staff keeps me informed as to any changes. Everyone of the staff is so caring and willing to do what ever it takes to keep Margaret comfortable and safe. Everytime someone walks by they address the resident by name, that is so important to me, personal care. Laurie, Audrey, Jamie, and Mike are the main leaders, their attitude is projected through the whole staff. I feel so fortunate Margaret is being cared for by the crew. They are all angels to provide this kind of service. Attitude is big and it is really good in this place. I love them all. Dale

When my wife needed memory care, we visited some facilities in Lakewood that were a reasonable distance from our home. The last place we toured was Crossroads Memory Care. The contrast was palpable. I realized how sterile and commercial the other places were. Sure they were new and fancy, but Crossroads is also beautiful and less than nine years old. My gut said that Crossroads was warm and caring, and I couldn’t have been more right about that. The staff are amazing. They genuinely care about every resident and treat them with respect and kindness. They are never too busy to talk with a resident no matter how illucid that person may be, and they make them laugh. The caregivers go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable, and they know the name of every resident. Crossroads provides lots of fun activities and serves delicious meals. The place is very clean and nice-smelling. It’s also telling that the Executive Director’s office is in the same area as the residents and that she keeps her door open for residents to drop in anytime. I feel so lucky to have my beloved wife in their excellent care.
