JOY ADULT CARE CENTER

I just picked up one of their residents walking home from the hospital and while on crutches. I guess the van that they are supposed to use for transport is used as her personal vehicle. Which because Jennifer lost her license to transport now nobody can drive them anywhere. These people can not do it themselves and this neglect i believe might be illegal

Lies on the transportation. I see these people on a daily and have heard no one in the facility even has a valid license. This place needs state to come in a evaluate. Dirty place and the residents are not being guided on cleaning, so they stink. People are NOT doing what there job is to do and lieing about it.

The Staff here care about their Residents. Joy Residential Care Facility is primarily inhabited by those who are limited in their life options for various reasons. Joy does a very creditable job with the resources they are given. The facility itself is older and could benefit from some physical upgrades. Joy does receive fairly regular surface upkeep and beautification, and the current administrator likes to upgrade/paint/beautify/improve as possible.
