JUNIPER VILLAGE AT MEADVILLE

I recently visited Jupiter Village and I was so impressed walking through talking to residents how happy they are and how maintained it was. The whole staff including management is a 5 star all the way around! Our meeting with Diana and Tina was excellent they answered all our questions even things we didnt think to ask. I would highly recommend a tour if your looking for a affordable assistant living resort style place for your loved one. You definitely wanna check out the bistro and the chocolate cake is superb. I also love that they have a fantastic chef and restaurant style dining for the residents in house. Safety is definitely a priority here and that makes me love it even more. Thank you all for making our experience helpful and hopeful and giving the residents past and present a beautiful quality of life!

My parents moved into Juniper Village to spend the winter months and I have been highly impressed. Every employee from Administration, Nursing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food Service on down has been very professional and caring. The number of on-site activities and available support (in-house Dr, on-site Podiatrist, in-house beauty care) is outstanding. With living out of state it is important, my parents have good care and assistance. The Juniper Family has been a blessing and I’m thankful our family can be a part of this community.

We met with Diana Hill to tour Juniper Village as a possible residence for my older sister. Diana was so very friendly and spent a lot of time with us providing many options, touring the facilities, explaining the costs, etc. The atmosphere at Juniper Village was very uplifting and the residents all well cared for. Ultimately, we made other plans for my sister, it wasn't the perfect fit for her needs, but we really admired the friendliness of the staff, Diana Hill's professionalism, and learning about the options at Juniper Village.

My Mom recently joined the Juniper Village family in Meadville. On my first visit to see her I was greeted at the front desk by Peggy who explained the process of check-in and out. Kim filled me in on the cost, billing process, and payment options. Diana was also very helpful and provided an outstanding first impression of the Juniper family. These outstanding staff members, as well as others I met on my visit, will no doubt leave you with a very positive feeling that your loved ones are in great care! Thanks to all of you!

Juniper Village is a very friendly facility. Everyone seems very happy and extremely well cared for. The activities staff goes over and beyond to enhance every moment. They bring creativity, compassion, and joy to everything they do. Whether organizing themed events, tailoring experiences to individual needs, or simply sharing a smile their dedication transforms ordinary days into unforgettable memories.
