I am so excited that my mother moved into Kavod apartment in April 2025. She loves it, and we are thrilled beyond belief. They provide excellent upkeep of the buildings, it is very safe with 24 hour security. Everyone is super nice and caring.But what I love the most are the safety check-ins. If my mom does not press a button every day in her apartment, acknowledging that she’s OK, someone will stop by to check on her.

I moved to Denver with no place in mind as to where I wanted to live. I found Kavod, and it's the best decision I ever made. Where do I begin? The staff is dedicated and couldn't be more pleasant to work with. The amenities are beyond wonderful. Classes, discussion groups, informative talks and so much more. You're as busy as you want to be. At first I wasn't sure about living in senior housing. Now, I know I made the right choice. I love my apartment set up and you can't beat the view. It's in the heart of Cherry Creek. I would say walkability is 100% and public transportation is steps away. I still have my car, so getting a parking spot on site was another plus. I've lived in over a dozen states and cities all over the country. By far Kavod is my best decision.
