KEYSTONE PLACE AT LEGACY RIDGE ASSISTED LIVING

Keystone Place is a beautiful community, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone I've encountered here, from the Executive Director all the way through to the front-line caregivers and maintenance staff truly care about each and every resident. They know everyone by name and by need. They remember names of family members. They are always ready to put what they're doing aside in order to help a resident. Keep up the great work!

Our parents moved into Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge five years ago, in both independent and later, assisted living. After our mom passed, our father enjoyed being part of the full calendar of events and especially the dining hall! The staff were warm and friendly professionals. Many stopped by to offer our family their condolences after our father's passing. We can't praise the Keystone staff highly enough!

Our family recently placed a beloved family member into assisted living at Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge in Westminster, CO and it was the best decision we ever made. To begin, our family cared for our loved one for over five years in our home so the transition was not easy. Keystone made the transition smooth and effortless with their simp,e kindness and caring for all the individuals that choose to make it their home. From the Executive Director to the Management staff in charge of admissions, moves, wellness and health, culinary delights and more. It was evident from day one that they care, are responsive and involved with each resident, and are dedicated to the highest quality of service not found at other communities. Keystone stands out as your home away from home, with pristine facilities, expert staff, all nestled within the beautiful mountain views that only CO can provide. We moved my husband's mother to the independent living side of Keystone at Legacy Ridge in July of 2016 at age 100. After an expected adjustment to a new home after 53 years in the same house, she embraced her new environment for the next four years. Keystone had just the right amount of activity. She enjoyed not having to cook her own dinner anymore but also enjoyed having her kitchen for when she wanted to open a can of soup or scramble a couple eggs. In August of 2020 it was apparent she needed more help and Keystone could not have been more helpful in getting her moved into an assisted living apartment-even in the midst of the pandemic. We appreciated the facility's willingness to work with us as she declined, recognizing the need for family presence in a safe manner as we navigated the time with hospice involvement. Keystone was a wonderful experience for us and the management was always great to work with. The staff was kind and loving while still professional throughout the mostly wonderful times and the expected difficult times. Thank you, Keystone!

Outstanding! I placed my trust in this facility during the height of Covid to help assist my twin sister. The community is compassionate and treats every resident as one of their own. Communication for the most part was great. Many thanks to the executive director, Melissa. I appreciate you listening to me and compromising when possible. Special thanks goes out to Shalita the director of nursing. Your wisdom, compassion and transparency helped guide me through exceptionally difficult times. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Emma and Jule in concierge. They're both amazing and do a great job of keeping every thing running smoothly. Emma, you could make me smile on the worst of days!
