KIPLING MEADOWS

I cannot say enough positive things about Kipling Meadows in Arvada! From our first meeting with Rylan we knew this was the likely new home for our mom. Rylan welcomed us in, answered all of our questions, and was extremely engaging with each of us. In addition to this initial meeting, every single person who works here and has engaged with our mom, has been exceptional! From Irene and Isabel at the front desk, Annette in the front office, Vera the housekeeper and every other person we’ve come in contact with deserves more than five stars! Also, the agencies that work within the building, including Shannon with Medicine in Motion and Maria and Loretta with In-Home Companion Care set this facility apart from any other we’ve come in contact with! They are willing to individualize for your situation and do it all with love and kindness knowing that this can be a difficult time for families. If you are at all considering elderly care or support for your loved one, this is the place to go!

I stopped in for a tour at Kipling Medows this week and I was very pleased with this community! I walked in for a tour and Rylan was able to give me one right away! This community was beautiful, and I loved how many resources they have on site like a room for physical therapy, a nursing office, and a homecare company on site. Kipling Medows also offers care plans for each resident to ensure each resident is getting the level of care they need which I found to be very unique from other communities. Overall, Kipling Medows exceeded my expectations.

Looking for Independent Senior Living and found and toured Kipling Meadows and I KNEW I need look no more! This is where I wanted to spend the rest of my life! I toured with Rylan and immediately loved the staff and loved the facility and the set up and the activities and the whole atmosphere of life here! I made new friends —yes FRIENDS!—immediately and am participating in and enjoying my new life! I am encouraged and motivated and revived and happy to live the rest of my life at Kipling Meadows!

Kipling Meadows has been a wonderful place for my mom to call home. Of the seven facilities we toured in Arvada, it was the only one that offers residents the ability to live independently while also billing some assisted care services to Medicare—making it a more affordable choice than others we considered. What really stands out is the strong sense of community. The wide variety of activities helped my mom quickly feel connected with other residents, and she especially enjoys the weekly trips to local stores and outings. Since she no longer drives, this gives her the independence and freedom she values without needing a vehicle. The staff is consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to help with any issues that arise. My mom is truly happy here and looks forward to many more years at Kipling Meadows. We are so grateful to have found such a caring, supportive, and welcoming place for her.

When it came time for my father to move into a community, we checked out all of the places in the area. The staff at Kipling Meadows made us feel welcome the moment we walked through the Front Doors. Everything is clean, newly remodeled with fresh flowers everywhere. There was a group sing-along activity going on in the Dining Room, an exercise class led by the Arvada Fire Department crew, and a lively poker card game group upstairs. After our tour with Rylan, we stayed for dinner and the fettuccini alfredo was delicious! Highly recommend Kipling Meadows in Arvada!
