We are very pleased, satisfied and comfortable with the staff and accommodations that the Keystone has provided for our dad. Our questions and concerns with the process of moving our parent to an assisted living facility have been dealt with both professionally and personally by Allen, Sharon and the staff, providing follow through and ease with his move. More importantly our dad has always been treated with dignity, concern and kindness. He has definitely benefitted from the socialization, restaurant style dining and oversight provided daily. Organized social activities for holidays and special occasions are extended to family further making the experience homelike. The biggest compliment to his new home is how comfortable he feels there.

Keystone at Newberry Brook is very fine senior residence. Through the care given my loved one we experienced both independent living and assisted living. We always found all levels of the staff to be responsive, professional and helpful. They all soon become friends and then family. The Decor is lovely and very clean. Atmosphere warm and pleasant. Activities many, varied and fun. All in all I highly recommend Keystone.

We looked at so many places for Mom. We're so pleased we selected Keystone's memory care. The room is comfortable and private. The staff is always upbeat and willing to help. If you’re looking for a beautiful and safe home for yourself or your loved ones, look no further than Keystone Place at Newbury Brook! The staff is efficient, caring and compassionate to the residents as well as their families. It has the look and amenities of a five-star hotel, giving lots of entertainment options and providing excellent meal choices. My father is so pleased to live there and has made so many good friends, both residents and staff alike. And I have also!

Words cannot describe how delighted we are to have our mother here. This facility is akin to a new condo and is beautiful in every sense of the word. The staff and residents are incredibly nice; I have spoken to many of them, and they all have nothing but positive remarks. From the moment we entered, it felt like home. Sharron and Allen have welcomed us as family. We were confident that this was the ideal place for our mother. The residents exude friendliness and joy. This facility can best be described as resembling a cruise ship, where every detail is attended to, and a warm welcome is extended. The premises are pristine, maintained by two dedicated maintenance staff who ensure the entire facility remains in excellent condition. The cleanliness and upkeep are exceptional. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about this place; it is truly something one must experience to fully appreciate. Our mom is very happy here. We love visiting her and it warms our hearts to see her in such a great place with wonderful people.
