Terrible company, no communication from management, unprofessional and lack of training/ care provided to staff.

My grandmother was able to spend the last year of her life here at Lake Parke Senior Living. She was so happy here! From having daily activities when she was able to participate, to having the best care in her final moments, Lake Parke Senior Living made everything possible for her to live out the remainder of her life to the fullest. I can speak for my entire family and say that this facility deeply cares about their residents and their families. They go absolutely above and beyond to get to know their residents and their families and make them all feel at home here. As I have read in the other reviews, I completely agree in saying that this is home for the residents, not a HOME. Everything is so clean and modern and if anything is needed it is made readily available in more than a timely fashion. We deeply appreciate everything that the owners and staff did for us and are forever grateful. If you have a loved one in need of excellent care, don't look anywhere else but here.
