LAKE ST CHARLES ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENTS

This place is the very best. My 90 year old mother is no longer able to Live completely on her own and Lake St. Charles retirement center has allowed her some autonomy while being in a protective environment. The staff is warm, kind and efficient. Mom is so happy here and doesn't miss an activity!

My mom has lived in the independent living at Lake St Charles for three years. When she first moved in, she was diagnosed with dementia. We visited four locations in St Charles. Mom said Lake St Charles felt the most comfortable. We have had a great experience the last three years. The staff is amazing, the upkeep of the facility Is top-notch, and mom feels at home with the residents. She gets plenty of socialization during all of the activities and outings. I couldn’t have wished for a better or safer place for mom to have chosen to live.

My Mom's sister was a resident at Lake Saint Charles. When Mom was ready to move, we toured two other places. When she walked into Lake Saint Charles, she said it felt like home. Everyone is just wonderful. They truly care about all of the residents and make sure to offer activities for all. I love the philosophy to keep your loved one independent as long as possible. They offer additional services to do just that. I cannot imagine Mom being anywhere else.

This community is very welcoming and friendly and reflects a strong sense of belonging. The staff is professional and yet very personal and caring. The facility is very clean, and well-maintained. The food is also very good and offers a variety of choices daily. We are so glad mom chose LSC because it helps residents live their best lives.

I am very pleased with how my Mom is loved and taken care of at Lake St. Charles Retirement Community. She has been there for over 1 year and couldn't be happier. She has made so many friends and loves the many activities to choose from. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You would be amazed at how beautifully they decorate for the different holidays and all the special activities and entertainment they have that include family. Also, any time she needs a repair in her apartment, the custodial staff are right there to fix it. I can't say enough how comforting it is to me, her daughter, to know that she is in good hands.
