I have a dear friend who is living at Lakes Crossing. They are doing a great job taking care of her. It's safe, clean and friendly. The director and staff are loving and patient.

Lakes crossing has been a blessing for my family. My mom was there for 22 months in the seasons care, before going home to be with the Lord. The staff not only became friends but family to us. Thankful for the love and care they show to their residents daily. God Bless you all.

My momma is at Lakes Crossing in their seasons unit. Her memory is fading, so our time with her is so precious. We get to spend time enjoying her, not all the day to day, every day stuff like making sure she takes her meds, she has her bath, she dresses for her day, all the harder things she sometimes does not want to do. Momma can be a handful, but the staff is really good with her. Patience, empathetic, caring, all the things that make such a big difference to not only her but us as a family. Thank you to the seasons unit for taking such good care of our momma.

This is the best assisted living place I've seen in quite some time! The place is extremely clean, plenty of activities to do and the staff took such good care of our family member. I wouldn't think of recommending any other facility for this area. KUDOs!

All employees friendly and helpful. Lots of activities. Clean. Update: After 10 mons. I really wouldn't recommend. We've had multiple issues. Seem to be short staffed. Told they are not. Found where clothes are not changed and poop had been in pants for quite a while. My father in law has been stressed. Tried to move her but at this point we can't because she's had anger issues. Now meds controlled but taken 7 mons. Problems at first with teeth not being brushed and no bath. So my father in law came over daily to bathe her. Finally that got resolved. Told they can't bathe her if she resists too much. I know it's a hard job but there are $5300 reasons we shouldn't have all these problems and believe me, I only mentioned a few.
