My limited experiences in the quality of the facility and care at other ALFs has been underwhelming but Barnett Lakeview has stood out as exceptional. Scotty is an incredible director and his staff truly amazing. The attitude of all are to make the residents comfortable, well taken care of and living in a clean "home like" environment. I have interacted with several of the staff in the past year and change, most often with Joan who is just amazing. Living 900 miles away for most of the year, there were dozens of times I would call and she would put my mother on the phone so I could speak to her directly. I also had numerous texts and calls with Scotty who would regularly send me a picture or short video. These are personal touches and they just brought a great deal of comfort to me and my mother. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a ALF to give Scotty a call.

Top notch care. It was a difficult decision to place my loved one in a facility, but as soon as I met the staff, seen the home, and looked at the beautiful Lakeview I new this was a place she can call home. The staff have loved her and gave her the special attention she needed until the end. If you are looking for a wonderful place for your love one I can assure you this is the place. They became a second family to me and my Beloved Grandmother. Thank you.

My mother was a resident at Barnett Lakeview ALF. She was there for 3 months. My only regret is that I wish we had found this place sooner. My mother was at another ALF that was much larger and it was not a good experience. Barnett Lakeview is a gem. The staff are all very kind and attentive. The facility was always clean and the smell of home cooked meals was wonderful. They took very good care of my mother until she passed away in July. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I've been doing a great amount of research to see which Assisted Living Facilities would be the best for my grandmother with dementia. Once I found out about Barnett Lakeview ALF, I was EXTREMELY impressed with their unique approach to Assisted Living!! Words just can't describe how amazing the overall service, cleanliness and professionalism was from the moment I got there to when I left. I usually don't EVER write reviews, but with what I had experienced at Barnett Lakeview ALF, 5 stars would be an understatement! I can tell my grandmother is so much happier already! Thanks so much!!
