From the moment I reached out and inquired about care for my Uncle, I was given the attention and service that was needed. The staff and nurses are all trained well and treat all residents with care and respect. All communication was excellent and it truly felt like my Uncle was treated like family. I cannot thank Lakeview enough for the care that was provided for my Uncle! A special thanks to Kim, who made my experience with navigating a loved one with dementia more bearable.

I highly recommend Lakeview memory care! The direct patient care and staff is top notch from the moment you walk in at the front desk, Vanessa is so kind and warm. Melanie and her staff from activities go above and beyond are amazing! They are engaging and love these residents like their own! They provide social and emotional support and create a sense of community and friendship amongst the resident. As well as, the nursing staff and aides are attentive, and provide excellent patient care. I highly recommend this long term care facility for your loved ones!

Lakeview Memory Care in Bloomingdale is an absolutely gorgeous community. The welcoming feeling you get while touring is just the beginning. The caring staff and cozy layout is exactly what families need.

Denise was able to react very quickly & get my father moved from "variable quality" home care to Lakeview. I have been a volunteer board member of a low-income independent living facility, seen different assisted & memory care facillities, and have family run businesses as clients & this "model" is great & their pride & training shows ! The staff are all very nice ! It is single floor memory-care only, great layout & it has been a huge relief to my mother to find care so close to her house.
