LAKEWOOD RESERVE

I had recently stop by for a quick visit with a family member, and had a couple questions in regards to daily living activities. I was able get my questions answered very quickly by a manager at the front desk there named Vanessa. She was extremely kind and very detailed about addressing my concerns. She was a pleasure to speak to and very well spoken! It was extremely refreshing to speak with someone at the front desk who seems genuinely happy to be there!

The people were very polite, and the living area was very well maintained. They were out of many things on the menu, and it looked like they were facing some kind of management issues in the food court area. Besides that, it was perfect.

I’m a placement agent, so I visit lots of communities every week with clients. Nikki was wonderfully patient and reassuring to my client on our tour. Her understanding and knowledge of the community stood out, and her commitment to helping families and empowering older adults was notable. This is a nice, modern community with a strong commitment to service, and I look forward to placing clients there. I like the dual license that allows independent residents to transition to assisted seamlessly.

Our family is deeply grateful to the team at Lakewood Reserve for their care and support during a very difficult time. We had to move my mom across the country very quickly to be closer to family, but Nikki and the staff went above and beyond to make the transition happen promptly and smoothly. They were compassionate, organized, genuinely caring even under tight timelines and emotional circumstances. It gave us peace of mind knowing my mom was in such capable and kind hands. We’ll always appreciate their professionalism and empathy during an important chapter.

As an industry professional owning my own home care company, I have been to Lakewood Reserve many times. I have toured the community and spoken with many members of the staff. The community is beautiful and I love the way it feels like home. I have never been to this community (and I have been ALOT) without seeing residents gathered and a fun activity going on. They really know how to have FUN here! I think the activity director Whitney fills the day with fun activities and that really encourages the residents to stay busy and make friends. I would recommend Lakewood Reserve to anyone looking for a lively community for their loved one. The staff here really care!
