I spent a good bit of time researching nearby facilities before recommending The Landings for my 90 year old father. This is a difficult lifestyle decision to make, but the people at The Landings were always re-assuring and answered all questions. Sharon has been very personable and attentive to our every need. I've had other relatives in other facilities, and they just felt depressing. I was very pleased to see The Landings have regular occasions with live entertainment and other activities. The walls are brightly painted and halls are nice and wide. Very clean. The staff is cheerful and willing to help out if needed. These are special people. If you are faced with this decision, The Landings at Norcross is worth checking out.

My brother is a resident at The Landings at Norcross. The staff are very attentive to his needs. The director, Sharon does a wonderful job. You can tell she truly loves each of the residents, as if they were a part of her family. Which, I suppose they are. She always keeps our family informed about everything that involves our brother. The entire staff are very kind and caring. I highly recommend The Landings at Norcross.

My mother has been at this facility for a little over a year and has lived on both the assisted living and memory care sides. I have had positive experiences with the staff at the Landings since she’s been here. I’ve seen changes in staff in the time that my mom has been here, but I know staff turnover has been high during the pandemic. There are still familiar faces I know on trust on staff and that brings me comfort. The staff are always helpful, friendly and know my mother by name. It’s not easy having a loved one in a memory care facility, but I have peace of mind knowing my mom is cared for and safe.

I chose The Landings because I was told my mother could "age in place there." My mother moved in under previous management when the facility was Peregrines Landing. I was informed my mother was being evicted because she was too heavy and unable to help staff lift her to evacuate in case of a fire. When the new company took over, every resident's family should have been informed of any policy changes. That did not happen. I feel certain The Landings knew of this eviction long before they informed me. If I had been told sooner, I would have had more options in rehoming my mother. I never received an official eviction in writing. I only received an insincere phone call from the executive director. The hands on support staff, activities director and nursing staff are outstanding, but this place is all about the corporation and their policies and exorbitant pricing.

I am so happy with The Landings. My aunt is a resident here and I couldn't be more happier. She is very happy and comfortable and the staff is simply amazing. They are all so knowledgeable and I can always get support and answers to my questions no matter what time of the day or night I call.
