What they do at Heartland Suites is different from the usual assisted living home. The staff is so attentive and they take time to play games and activities every day. I love that it's in an actual home with a backyard, too. It's really nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) As the daughter of a resident at Heartland Suites Assisted Living, I truly can’t say enough good things about this community. From the moment you walk in, it feels warm and cozy—more like a home than a facility. The atmosphere is welcoming, comforting, and filled with genuine care. One of the things my mom looks forward to most is the home-cooked meals. You can tell they’re prepared with love, and it brings her so much comfort to enjoy meals that feel familiar and nourishing. What means the most to me is the love, support, and personalized attention my mom receives every day. The staff truly know her—not just as a resident, but as a person. They take the time to understand her needs, preferences, and routines, and they treat her with kindness, patience, and respect. Knowing my mom is cared for in such a compassionate environment gives me incredible peace of mind. Heartland Suites isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place where residents are truly cared for like family.

Cassandra Jumper is a very joyful staff member there. She's really there for her residence, And shows she really does care for/with each of them. The medical field needs more nurses like her.

The owners of the home have worked so hard to create a quiet, peaceful, loving and supportive environment for people that have a more significant need for assistance day to day. They are dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities, veterans, senior citizens, and those that have lost a loved one and need a sense of community. That only begins to outline the support Heartland Suites offers to individuals within the Pryor Oklahoma community and surrounding areas. They are providing a service within the community that MOST are NOT willing to or know how to provide for those in need. AMAZING! The community should be very appreciative of this home! And shame on those of you who are not in support If you are not it shows a small-mindedness, a narrow-mindedness, lack of education and insight that only you can live with. In small communities sometimes people within the community have a hard time adapting to change. It's impossible to ignore (head in the sand doesn't work) that there is a change and need for additional assisted living facilities as our population ages. It's important to maintain a rational thought process (looking at facts objectively vs subjectively, critically thinking (comes from being educated on how to critically think versus being emotionally reactive, and to employ problem solving skills reasonably) VS being emotionally reactive where you sound and behave in an uneducated manner, feeling embarrassed by your emotional reactions, and have to apologize for yourself later or have to mount support for your cause because your cause can't stand alone. Common sense (the smart people) which is where people can control their emotions and have rational conversations to achieve resolution versus emotional reactivity and intensity VS instability (knee jerk reactions, anxiety, anger, heightened emotional resonses, people thinking you've lost your mind because you probably really have etc.) So Pryor Oklahoma are you going to let just a few people impact your ability to bring a business into the community that provides Wellness? Stand up and fight back. Not one of you would want to operate an assisted living facility because it is too much...a lot etc!! All of us know that at some point in time we are going to have a loved one that has this need and we might to ourselves... so support this business! These owners are taking on a HUGE role in this community and deserve MASSIVE support from Pryor OK and surrounding communities. Remember...you fight against and you can't be one of them one day... which means that you can NEVER live in an assisted living facility even if you have a need... who cares if you have a need because you don't care about the need now for others! AND AND! Additionally you cannot put a loved one in an assisted living facility or your fight against this facility is hypocritical. This will be monitored to see how many of your loved ones need care that you're not willing to provide! So be ready to answer for that for those of you that oppose this home. I would also question what are any of you that are opposing this home opening doing to better your community ? Probably NOTHING! Remember I'll say it again those of you that need a higher level of care or have loved ones that need a higher level of care are going to be looked at very carefully if you oppose this home or any other that serves such a significant need in this community for vulnerable populations such as the elderly and veterans! Be ready. PRYOR rally behind this well needed business and have a voice for it!

I had the pleasure Of meeting the new owners of the heartland suites when I was in town visiting my mom. I love the quiet setting And warm neighborhood feel to the area. I’m anxious to take her to the grand opening. I know she’s going to love it.
