Laurel Place Assisted Living

I highly recommend this charming assisted living community. We looked at many facilities in the area. We are so pleased with the care my dad is receiving. The staff is so supportive. They interact well with my dad and the family. He is treated with dignity and kindness. He has made several new friends. After my mom passed he was alone for a long time. Laurel Place has been a breath of fresh air for him and the family. In addition to the care, we appreciate that room rate is all inclusive. No upcharge for each additional level of care. My dad gets what he needs, always. Whether we are dealing with the executive director, nursing staff, activities director, kitchen staff or cleaning crew our needs are addressed quickly and handled professionally. We highly recommend this quaint assisted living. Thank you Laurel Place.

My father recently had a brief respite stay at Laurel Place. The nurses and staff treated him with the upmost respect and kindness. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend Laurel Place to anyone.

I would like to strongly recommend Laurel Place Assisted Living at the Fairview in Hudson New Hampshire. My mom was a resident and during that time the staff and the director went out of their way to be respectful and so caring. My sisters and I saw this first hand but the one who raved about them was my mom. She said they were so respectful and caring that she could not have been in a better place!!! I want to thank Sylvie Cotnoir and her wonderful staff for everything they did for my mom!!!

My mother-in-law has been at Laurel Place for almost two years and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. It is a small, close-knit community with a warm, welcoming aura and a high consistency of caregivers with little turnover. Their staff are some of the most caring individuals I have ever encountered. Every day they go out of their way to understand my mother-in-law's needs and meet them almost immediately. The activities coordinator is extraordinarily creative; she keeps residents engaged constantly via live music, games, arts, crafts, parties, discussions, and much more. The facility and its grounds are meticulously maintained and the meals are excellent.

My mother was admitted to Fairview for rehabilitation after a short hospital stay; when her time was done at rehab, she still was not able to go home safely so we met with the director of Laurel Place and decided to try a respite stay until we could figure out her next move. We visited four other assisted living residences, as well as contacting a home health agency, trying to figure out something closer to family, but decided to keep mom at Laurel Place due to the excellent care she has been receiving. This is a difficult and unanticipated decision to make, and the staff at Laurel Place have been wonderful as we worked through this process to find the right place to meet mom’s needs.
