I do not even know where to begin. I would have left 0 stars if I could have! You think that you have one bad experience with a home that certainly the next one will be better. Wrong. This has been quite the learning experience for myself and my family. I will not go into extensive detail, what I will say is that I am disgusted at the neglect I have observed, the incorrect billing, the lack of communication with the staff regarding important information, and the overall hygiene of my loved one. Sure, all seemed amazing after the tour and discussing pertinent financial information with admissions, but what was left out when my loved one was admitted was that they “may or may not increase their pricing every fiscal year.” So, that was the beginning of the issues, which occurred 4 days after discussing price (which turned out to be an additional $400+). I did let them know that would be good info to give the next family!🙄Please be very cautious if you are considering this facility. Best of luck!

Horrible experience! Had to call 911 to get family member out to take to hospital when staff dr. wouldn't come to check on!!
