Lavender Ridge - Jacksonville

My mother has been a resident at Stonebridge Memory Care for about seven months. Transitioning from the comforts of home to a facility is never an easy thing to do, but Erich and the staff there have done an incredible job of making my mom feel at home there. Erich always makes himself available for questions or concerns, and he's a very hands-on director there. I am there often, and I regularly watch the entire staff go out of their way to help make my mom feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. They treat her like family, and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion and great care they give. Their jobs are quite demanding and stressful, and we have been so impressed with how they handle the residents with kindness, enormous patience, and a smile every single day. We feel very fortunate to have found Stonebridge.

It was hard having to put our mother in to a Memory Care facility and she recently passed at the age of 90. Our mother lived at Stonebridge from Oct 14, 2022 to February of this year. Erich and his staff did what they could to make our mom as comfortable as possible. The facility is clean, and the caregivers and nurses are knowledgeable and kind. The Director--Erich was quick to return calls and address our questions and concerns. Additionally, the building layout was very conducive to having caregivers close by for the residents. Our mom lived at a few other facilities in Jacksonville, IL and this one was the best.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone. The care they provided to my mother was above & beyond anything I could have imagined. Erik was so helpful & supportive to me & my family. The staff was absolutely outstanding. I cannot rave enough about this place. They provided outstanding care & made my mother's last days peaceful. They are so attentive, concerned about all of their residents, & very patient to say the least. I cannot say enough about Lavender Ridge. All of the staff are in my thoughts and prayers as we continue to deal with COVID related issues. Each and every one of you at Lavender Ridge deserves a medal of honor for the care that you provide, for the support you provide to your residents and their loved ones and for everything else that you do that we cannot see. Thank you so very much, Lavender Ridge & Erik for making Mom comfortable during her last days. She is finally at peace. Bless you all!

Words cannot express how grateful I am that we placed mom with Erich at Lavender Ridge. This is a hidden gem for those looking for memory care for their loved ones. The staff are caring and compassionate people who provide the quality care. Mom loved the care workers and Erich. We felt like part of a very caring family Erich, we are forever grateful for your guidance and care for mom. I will miss Lavender Ridge. What a great family.

The most compassionate staff I have ever seen! They really cared about their residents. Not once did I feel like our mom was lightly cared for. When we were visiting out mom they would always checked in to see if we needed anything.
